2. By proceeding with the purchase and accessing the digital content, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel under applicable cooling-off period regulations

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) in connection with any purchase.

### 5.3 REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products and services and the fact that they are immediately accessible upon purchase, we maintain a strict no-refund policy. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you understand the digital nature of our products and services and that immediate access is provided upon purchase.

Cancellation requests will be processed within 5 business days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed. Cancellation will stop future subscription charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
